Step-by-step
Adding Availability
Tapping + on the Schedule screen opens a two-step form. First choose where and what you can work, then choose when. You can repeat it across whole date ranges at once.

Choose a facility
Tap the Facility dropdown and pick where you're available to work. This field is required to continue.

Confirm title & specialty
Your Title and Specialty are pre-filled from your profile. Adjust them if this availability is for a different role.

Tap Next
Move on to the scheduling step. The progress bar at the top shows you're on step 1 of 2.

Pick your shift(s)
Select Day, Evening, and/or Night. You can choose more than one. Selected shifts turn teal.

Choose the days of the week
Tap the weekday circles (S M T W T F S) that you're available. The pattern repeats across the date range you pick next.

Set the date range
Tap a start date, then an end date on the mini calendar. The span fills in teal. You can set availability up to 3 months ahead.

Tap Save
Atlas creates an availability slot for every matching day in the range. Days that already have availability are skipped automatically, so re-saving an overlapping range only adds what's new. Your new slots appear on the calendar as grey dots.
Shortcut: tapping the small + next to a date in the day-details panel opens this same form with that single day pre-selected.
